Nashville Youth Athletics is now offering winter training for all athletes with our Winter Warm Up program. This is a 6 week program designed to get kids in shape for their spring sports. Activities will be running centered yet have applications and impact for all athletes. This prgram will begin on February 7th and run through March 16th. Practices to be held at Percy Warner Park and Hillsboro High Track. Training sessions will be on Sundays, 12:30-1:30, and Wednesdays 6:00-7:00. $50 per athlete.
